New Italian restaurant, Incontri, opened in Dunfermline

Cristiano Guarnacci, the chef pictured above, has been creating Italian food for diners in west Fife for many years; first as the owner of Italian restaurant, Taurasi, and then, as a chef at Ciao Italia. The BRuery: New microbrewery and bar, Dunfermline, Fife

In November 2013, The BRuery, a new microbrewery and bar opened in the centre of Dunfermline, Fife. Owner David Austin, along with brewer, Douglas Ross developed de Brus beer, the town’s own blond ale, named after King Robert the Bruce.
