Don Carter, the Director of Urban Design at the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh is coming to Fire Station Creative, Dunfermline to speak on ‘Extraordinary Coincidences: Pittsburgh/Dunfermline’. Children of Outwith is not a film by M Night Shyamalan but a series of fun events and activities for children during Dunfermline’s brand new arts festival Outwith. On Saturday 9 September, Dine at 29 in East Port will host Baby Discos at 11am and 1pm.
