Outwith Festival: events and fun for children

Children of Outwith is not a film by M Night Shyamalan but a series of fun events and activities for children during Dunfermline’s brand new arts festival Outwith. On Saturday 9 September, Dine at 29 in East Port will host Baby Discos at 11am  and 1pm. Outwith Festival: Tycoon and the Bard book launch

Outwith Festival – new arts event for Dunfermline!
