Fife Historic Buildings Trust completed the restoration of the castellated and B-listed Kinghorn Town Hall in 2009. This magnificent building dominates the approach into the coastal town and the upper floors now house a holiday apartment which sleeps five to six people.

The first floor of the holiday apartment includes a living/dining area with three floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows and two original fireplaces. There is a well-equipped kitchen off this room. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room which serves the smallest bedroom.  Access to the top floor is either via a main front staircase or via an internal circular stone staircase. Guests have exclusive use of a walled garden and the beach is close by.
