Scottish-made feature film and superb shorts lead Outwith 23 film programme

One of Outwith Festival‘s missions is to bring exciting opportunities to see film in Dunfermline. Jimmy Webb at Carnegie Hall supported by Pearlfishers

A great music event next week for Dunfermline when legendary songwriter and long term Glen Campbell collaborator Jimmy Webb comes to the Carnegie Hall.
